Museum & Arts Center Memorials

The purchase of a memorial plaque or engraved building tile is a unique way to honor relatives and local citizens and recognize local businesses, while also supporting the Museum & Arts Center.

The plaques currently adorn the hallways of the DeWitt Administration Center, located at 544 N. Sequim Ave. in Sequim. The cost for a memorial plaque is $25 per name, with two names per plaque maximum.

The engraved building tiles create the brick-lined entrance to the DeWitt Administration Center. A building tile is $50 per line (20 letters/spaces maximum) for up to three lines, and $150 for a business logo.

Checks for a memorial plaque or engraved building tile should be made out to the Museum & Arts Center.
