The Elegant Flea was very successful this year. Initial estimates BEFORE expenses are $3,000. This includes vendor table sales, White Mastodon Table, the Museum Store, Raffle Tickets, Donations, and Kitchen.

I would like to thank Event Chair, Priscilla Hudson, the Volunteers, Board Members, and staff for being involved. The event had a lot of "energy" thanks to all of you. The front table sold $250 in Quilt Raffle Tickets, and five memberships. They dispersed several hundred membership envelopes to potential members.

Several people dropped by with questions on conserving their personal collections. Many of the questions we receive at the DeWitt concern preservation. We hope to do this again at Museum Field Day.

Thanks also goes to Steve Rosalis and Emily Westcott for bringing over the Boys and Girls Club crew to set up tables on Wed. night, and  break down tables on Sat. afternoon.
