"Then & Now" Oral History Sessions PDF Print

Hear Sequim-Dungeness Valley stories of yesteryear from those who actually lived them in our "Then & Now" panel discussions on the second Friday of each month at the historical Dungeness Schoolhouse. Panelists and topics will vary, and sessions will be videotaped.

Each is a stand-alone session and prior registration is not required, though you may prepay at the MAC Exhibit Center, 175 W. Cedar St. in Sequim (phone: 360-683-8110). Program fees support continued MAC programming.

The Fall 2011 schedule is as follows:

Friday, Oct. 14: "Then & Now: Old Timers' Perspectives" (guests: John Jarvis & Doug McInnes)
Topic: Growing Up Dairy Farming
Time: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Fee: $10 members / $12 non-members / $1 students (age 17 or younger)
Location: Dungeness Schoolhouse, 2781 Towne Rd., Sequim
Friday, Nov. 11: "Then & Now: Old Timers' Perspectives" (panel varies)
Topic: Sequim Wartime Memories
Time: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Fee: $10 members / $12 non-members / $1 students (age 17 or younger)
